Yesterday I ordered 16pro max in Stratford sales guy did my process due to internet issues my amount has been debited twice for down payment

I would expect the additional payment to be credited to your account so that your first bill will be covered or less will be taken. To discuss this you'll need to call Sky.

You either have to go back to Stratford, contact your bank or Sky directly.
