If you number is with a different network then you need to get a Pac code from them and give it to Sky who should then transfer your number over to your Sky sim.

You can do this with the other sim in your phone as per this:

When you have the pac code you need to give it to Sky that you might be able to do here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/my-number/transfer

If that doesn't work then with the Sky sim in your phone you can call Sky on 150 (just that) and give them the pac code.
