    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reverted to calling customer support over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As expected, it was confirmed as SIM card issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Awaiting new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the 12th Dec. Having issues on my existing Sky service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've no incoming or outgoing service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Followed help screens to reset APNs no joy. Then got new network settings sent via message to mobile ???? Useless if you've no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worked through the procedure again this morning. St&lt;SPAN&gt;ill not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would some one call me to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
