    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a recurring problem which happens every couple of months, and is happening now - where my phone won't make or receive calls or texts (it doesn't even seem to register that I'm trying to call, and I get a "please insert sim card" message on texts) and my 4G stops working. I try turning my phone off and on and trying airplane mode, neither of which work. It's incredibly frustrating as it feels like I'm paying for half a service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An 'insert SIM' message work imply an issue with your device and/or SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try ordering a replacement SIM in the first instance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
