Ok, what exactly are you asking? What's the issue?

Is MMS enabled on your device? Are the APN settings for MMS set?

Do you have a spend cap restriction? MMS are chargeable.

i keep asking sky for internet connection for mms but they do not reply

spoke to sky this morning he checked my internet came back and said there was no fault and could not understand

why i was not receiving network connection to my phone so seems i am in limbo i can send MMS but not receive any

i just give up this has been ongoing for a week
