I have cancelled my Sky Mobile. I am setting up my new sim. I'm keeping my old number. How do I get the code that's sent to me as my old number is not currently working

Hi @Galeema1712 your message isn't very clear. If you have cancelled sky mobile then you lose that number. Is your new sim with sky or a different network ?

I'm keeping my old number. I've cancelled my Sky Mobile subscription. Now I'm trying to set up my new sim with 48 but they've sent a code to my old number that's not active at the moment. How do I get that code as I can't receive SMSs because I cancelled Sky Mobile subscription

If you've cancelled your Sky mobile and it's been deactivated then the number may be lost.

You'll have to call Sky to see if they can issue a PAC code now.
