      <title>Tablet accessory didn't arrive</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered the new Samsung s10+ tablet and it's supposed to include the free tablet AI keyboard as part of the delivery, NOT through samsung claim. The tablet has arrived but the keyboard accessory hasn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to contact a human being through phone and the virtual assistant just keeps looping over and over giving me a track your order link. The order arrived and I have the tablet and sim card, but no free keyboard. It clearly states on the S10+ page that the keyboard cover&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;will come with your device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;and isn't a separate claim through samsung.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if anyone could help I would appreciate it massively because I feel like I can't contact or get any help about this and have lost out on the free keyboard. Thank you everyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've gone through the same with Sky. I bought mine on the 13th Nov 24 to this date I still havent received mine. I called Sky last week and spoke to a representative.&amp;nbsp; Whom stated they were out of stock and awaiting a new batch. To which I queried when this will be. He stated a week to 2 weeks. This was last week. So I'm giving them the chance to redeem themselves. I bought the tablet due to the accessory making it easier to use for written/typed work due to my business which uses lots of forms etc. If I knew it would have taken this long I would have gone elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the two weeks is up I will be calling them back. I will let you know the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
