Text failed to enter competition

Can't seem to send any texts to enter any competition. I don't have a spend cap sent. Just says failed to send. Don't know how to fix it.

Have you tried setting one @SophiaButler ? If it's set to zero that would stop you.

This is happening to me also, I set a spend cap, but still text failed
