      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the title says. I activated my Sky Sim today, kept my old phone number, but my signal is extremely poor to non existant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched from Virgin, and I was under the impression that Sky would contact Virgin for me and cancel the already existing plan that I had with them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't call Sky nor Virgin because my signal drops in and out constantly. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I should also clarify that I got a text when activating my Sky Sim saying "Hello it's not possible to set up your phone" and linked a trouble shooting guide, I went through it and done everything and nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do get signal but it drops CONSTANTLY. It's unusable&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky can transfer your number but can't close your account with Virgin.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you actually managed to get the sim activated as it isn't clear from what you have said if you have or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
