&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment method is still active on your Sky account refunds usually take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque (usually involving a back office team) and post it to you so it’ll take longer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you wish we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but &lt;STRONG&gt;please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Outstanding payment unsettled</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have closed my sky broadband account mid Oct 2024. As per closure and last bill , the outstanding payment of £61.03 will be paid by sky to me. However, this amount is not settled it. Usually, the payment cycle is 4th of every month. Could you please check this issue as I couldn't connect to customer care support? Please advise me there email address if any.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
