      <description>&lt;P&gt;New phone and SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky ID is linked but nowhere to put the activation code. If I retry, i get a message stating the account is already linked then taken back to the homepage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
