So I was meant to be switched over network providers from O2 to sky on the 3rd December

when I checked my network esim on my phone it still states it's with O2

however assumed this will automatically switch over when I received pac code and activated everything

Bit frustrated now as I can't do anything no calls or texts or data. Tried re activating eSIM and just get an error

When did you give sky the PAC @LukeAustin ? Have you had a text to say the transfer is complete from Sky ?

Should have been all done on the 3rd but what was weird when I looked at my sim on my phone it still stated o2

I would give sky a call @LukeAustin its on 150 from a sky sim or use the link below and scroll to need more help to get a number you can use from O2 sim.
