Cannot manage Sky mobile account

When trying to go to the manage tab on the sky mobile site, it redirects me to the mobile hub and does not process the request. I need to order a new phone on my account and cannot do this. Tried on App and mulitple browsers

Sky can order the phone for you on 150.

As for this issue, have you been previously be able to access your account ?

yes, many times I have always used the app especially for piggy bank

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
