      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've done that, and it's come up with a message saying they are doing updates in the area, and should be fixed by 12th December! Can't even ring them as it's my only phone and had no other warnings etc not sure why I should pay for a service I can't use! Very frustrating:-(&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once it's fixed give sky a call and they should issue a credit for the lost service. Calling them now won't achieve anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
