I didnt apply for any refunded but today at 8 o clock i received a text of refunding my mobile upfront fee why?

i didnt apply for that

and i want my decive

Are you sure this text message from Sky, did you want you to click a link in it ?

If it was from Sky and you have placed an order have you received an email about your ordering being cancelled because if you did the chances as this might have happened if you had failed the second more enhanced credit check.

I received text not email

secondly its more than a week ago i applied

third the link just open sky website

and it in app it show completed and coming soon

All you can do is to ask Sky by calling them about this to see what they say.
