Hi I'm new here. I paid my first bill early because I changed my debit direct details. I will be charged again for the same bill? I can see that is there credit... So I got confused...

Hi @Paulo85CRV if a direct debit is set up then don't make extra payments as the direct debit will still normally be taken. So the chances are sky will take it. If they do come here and someone should be able to assist in getting the extra payment refunded if you want or you can leave it to pay next month.

I just plaid early to be able to change debit direct details... Now I don't know if they will charge me twice or will be paid with credit on account.

What date is your billing date and what date did you make this manual payment ?

The debit direct is scheduled to be paid on 8th December and I did manual payment yesterday, 29/11/2024. On my app shows the payment was made but the debit direct is still there to collect payment on 8th December. I'm new on Sky mobile this is my first bill

There is a chance that Sky will still take it via a direct debit as this is an automatic process which is why when you have direct debits setup you never need to make a manual payment. If they do then you should see the payment you made appear as a credit (if it hasn't already) and this can then be refunded to you and help can be arranged via here if you want.
