&lt;P&gt;The swap 24 package comes with a 36 months contract. What this means is that after 24 months if you want you can swap the phone for a different one without having to actually pay the remainder of the contract off because the value of the phone itself will be used to pay it off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The device and SIM plans are separate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as you've had the SIM for 12 months then you can cancel that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As above, a Swap24 contract is actually 36 months.&amp;nbsp; (The 24 is referring to the normal point you'd consider a 'swap')&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After paying for 36 months then you own the device completely and cannot swap it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
