You are talking to other Sky customers here and what you want isn't possible I'm afraid because if the messages are on the sim and they are lost then there is no way to retrieve them.

As you can see I don't work for Sky so don't need your details.

Your only hope is if the message was stored on the phone and not the sim, if the sim and you can't find it then as stated above there is nothing that can be done I'm afraid.
