got to end of joining sky mobile wanted 24 month contract and the credit agreement shows 36 months, why? Anyone help?

Swap24 is a 36 month contract. The 24 means that after 24 months if you want you can swap the device for another one as the last 12 months will be paid off by the value Sky gives you for it. Should you decide not to swap then billing continues as normal although your payments might be slightly less.

There is also a Swap 12 package which comes with a 24 month contract but the monthly costs will be higher due to it being a shorter contract.
