      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not have VoLTE listed only 5G Auto, 5G On and 4G. My phone will not turn off with the side button as it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has started happening in the last couple of days. Today I cannot get onto the internet unless connected to Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has my phone been hacked? I had the same issue not being able to use my data 2 months ago. I found out my Sky account had been hacked into.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as I need my Sky data to use Google maps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
