topic Mobile phone delivery issues in Sky Mobile

I upgraded to 2 new mobile phones last week for next day delivery. They didn't turn up so I contacted DPD who said they had gone missing. I rang Sky, the woman I spoke to said she would cancel the order and re-order them, but when I checked she'd only ordered one of the phones and not the one I wanted. This was a few days ago, I haven't signed the credit agreement for the re-ordered phone so I'm hoping that will just cancel itself, but the original order is still showing as an active order, and on DPD they're still registered as being stuck at the depot. How long does it normally take for an order to cancel? How will I know when it's been cancelled, so I can re-order the phones myself? I can't face phoning Sky again and going through the same rigmarole.

I'm afraid you will have to contact them about this as it might take up to 14 days to be cancelled as that is usually how long you have to sign the credit agreement:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/signing-a-sky-mobile-credit-agreement

You’ve got 14 days to sign each credit agreement. After then, we’ll cancel your order.

Check your Sky account, contact Sky customer service for updates, and consider reordering if the issue persists.
