Hi @Theresa9 you will need to call sky for a new one. It's free on 150 from a sky sim or use the link below, scroll to the bottom and in need more help is number to use from any network.

Sky will not be able to supply you a new activation code so you will need to order yourself a new sim which you can do by selecting a plan for it from here:

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

The other one will be cancelled due to it not being activated.
