Where is my order?

I ordered phone from sky, everything is done but can't see any order details on my account and when I try to find order details it's asking to contact us which is not working, really don't know what to do?

When did you place the order ?

Have you received any emails about the order ?

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into stock levels or the timescales.

If it's asking you to contact Sky that's what you need to do.
