Transfer from O2 to SKY problems

activated SIm, sent PAC number to O 2 everything seemed okay. Received a temporary number for a day, old number connected within a day.

Now my support worker cannot receive or send to my transferred number or even the temporary one.
not sure why this is happening and I'm hoping this isn't affecting drs and hospital contacts as I I need these 24/7.

anyone got any ideas

Is your phone now showing the correct one in it's settings because if it isn't try changing it.

As you can make calls then it might be worth calling Sky tomorrow on 150 so they can look into this for you.

Try a reset of the Network settings.

settings> system> reset options then reset network.
