Hi @Gatley be very wary of anyone now calling you up claiming to be from sky and giving you a return address. This is a well known scam at the minute. If you are already a sky mobile customer call on 150 to discuss this. If not already a customer then use the link below, scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a number to call from other networks.

As above, if someone calls you up and claims to be from Sky about the phones delivered 'by mistake' and provides a method of 'returning' the phones then they will go to the scammers and you'll end up paying for them...

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
