Cannot make or receive phone calls or texts

How do you contact Sky when your iPhone won't make or receive phone calls or texts.

Neither will my sky work, so I cannot do an online form and please no one ask me to use bot, or read through guides. I have tried absolutely everything and nothing is working. I have a permanently showing full Wi-Fi logo, but showing No Service, occasionally searches for my Wi-Fi bars which are beside Wi-Fi logo.

All I want is an email address to contact a human being at Sky, as I can still send and receive emails - why I haven't a clue when the phone and text won't work.

i am going insane now, and this is the last attempt to try and find someone that can help or advise before the phone ends up in the snow in the garden.

dont know if this helps anyone help but my work phone is doing exactly the same as my own mobile so I can't get any work done as I cannot verify my identity to get onto my work system as my work mobile isn't receiving text or calls either!

Have you tried switching WiFi calling? (Settings > Mobile Service)

Hi @Truckert any issues showing ? You keep mentioning WiFi , is it your phone you are having the issue with or your WiFi ?
