Hi @Wildchild1 have a look and see what's showing in your account as options. If the one you want isn't showing then you could call sky on 150 and ask them, they can only say no. The other option is to take out a new sim/plan then activate it when it arrives. Then port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port back to the new sim. You can't port from sky to sky.

Are sim only customers, no longer in contract, entitled to the discounts available for new sim only plans? I'm paying £16 a month for 25gb and it's only £10 for 50gb ??? If not then another well known provider have just offered me the same deal, which is a shame as I am not one for switching service providers as a rule I prefer to stay a loyal customer. Pity not all service providers stay loyal to their customers!!

The deals are usually for additional SIMs only.

But call Sky and see if they are prepared to apply an offer to an existing SIM. If they say no, then leave.

That applies if you are taking out a new sim data plan but there is nothing from stopping you from calling Sky to see if they will apply it to your current sim. 150 is the number to call them on.
