    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can't get an internet connection when tethering to my laptop. The Wifi signal is there but no internet.&amp;nbsp; I've searched for a solution and it looks like I need to reset my Mobile Data settings and request new APN settings.&amp;nbsp; I have done everything I can but when I request the settings, nothing has come through to my device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I logged in and went to 'Resend Network Settings'&amp;nbsp; which said 'To connect to the Sky network at home or abroad, you'll need the correct APN data settings. We can send a notification with the right settings straight to your device.'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It says it's been sent but nothing has come through.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm at the end of my tether (if you'll pardon the pun)!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So the link eventually came through and updated on my phone but there is still no internet when I tether to my laptop.&amp;nbsp; I don't know what else it can be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a clue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like the signal is just really poor where I am staying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's an iPhone 12 and Windows laptop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
