I am trying to purchase the iPad Air 11inch M2 (2024). Everything is in my basket however it won't let me checkout due to a technical error.

If the same happens with a different browser/device then your only option is to call Sky and let them place the order.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
