topic Roaming passport, multiple SIMs in Sky Mobile

I've got 4 SIM cards on my account. 1 for each member of my family, all paid for an administrated by me. We're off on holiday next year for 2 weeks to France & Germany and will all be wanting to use roaming data, so does the daily roaming charge apply once to my account, or 4 times to each SIM? I suspect it's the latter because mobile companies think nothing of scalping their customers for this type of thing (£112 extra for the period!), but it feels like the former should really be the policy as the 4 cards are all under 1 account, it's not costing them any extra to administer. Would I be better just roaming with 1 SIM and letting the others use my hotspot, I've got loads of data in my piggy bank, or do they limit hotspot sharing to prevent that too?

The charge is applied per sim so £2 per sim for 24 hours use.

@jaybee7 wrote:
Would I be better just roaming with 1 SIM and letting the others use my hotspot, I've got loads of data in my piggy bank, or do they limit hotspot sharing to prevent that too?

There is no restriction to them doing this but the other 3 would need to have data and roaming switched off and you would need to make sure that they do not make a call or send a text otherwise the £2 charge would be triggered.
