It says 5G isn't working but 4G is. But the problem is still there. Can't get ANY coverage at all

Customer Services for UK customers are open over a weekend. For ROI customers they are not.

@sirreasomma Why do you need it from the tech team? You can request it via your account or via a text message, the details are provided in the link i posted, failing that you will have to find a way of calling Sky.

@sirreasomma You where given the information yesterday in your other thread how to get your pac code, you where also told we are just fellow customers here and cannot assist any further. There is no need for multiple threads as the advice and information is not going to change.

@sirreasomma As mentioned yesterday we are just fellow customers here, if you cannot get your PAC code using the information in the link provided previously you will have to call Sky, no-one here can assist you any further.
