That will be why then, you need to give things time to update as you are not going to be given a delivery date that quick, within the next few days you might see an update on your order.

But surely should have a confirmation email or be on my order on my account. First time ordering anything from sky so not a clue with it. Normal receive emails and normal get a estimated delivery date

From reading others posts it seems that confirmation emails are not always sent. When you placed the order it would have stated on the website an estimated delivery schedule so that is what you are looking at delivery wise.
