My husbands was a direct swap which covered the cost of what was left owed on his bill. I had to find £28 which I was happy to come off on our next bill.&nbsp;<BR /><BR /></P><P>I sent back the phones but have just checked as the bill has come out and I have been charged for 4 handsets. I.e the two new phones and the two old phones. What do I do?
