I keep getting calls from Sky regarding upgrading my SIM card - is this actually Sky

Hi @james+hill12345 we can't say for sure but if you have allowed marketing calls in your account contact settings then it could be as they do sometimes make those type of call. If you are unsure though don't give out any personal information.

Keep getting calls from Indian call centre saying they need to send new SIM card so that I can receive 40% discount on calls. Sent a text message that I was supposed to respond to, but this gave acces to my Microsoft Authenticator. Has anyone else had this

I have had exactly the same thing. Indian call centre saying that I have got to give details of my account to receive upgraded sim card and received a text wanting to change my Microsoft account.

I have not given them any more details
