You must also set up a new continuous payment method (such as a direct debit) and then once your payment is cleared then your service will restart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I couldn't pay my phone bill for a while as I had some problems and I can now, I have payed off the unpaid debt which it has told me to re instate my calls texts and data but when I went to change my direct debt card it wouldn't let me and told me to contact them, which obviously I cannot as I can't call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to access a live chat help but cannot seem to do so either so I am not sure what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
