I am a sky customer for years I had the mobile app but it disappeared and now I can't get it

What do you mean by 'can't get it'?

If you've deleted it from your device reinstall it from the app or play store?

It's not an option on my App Store it's just the main sky app which I already have

The only relevant app is 'My Sky' - there are no other apps (other than Go and Sports)

Then what app is it you mean here as your mobile account is managed via the MySky app.
