Did you order a new mobile as these come with a sim by default so if you don't activate it then you will not be charged for it.

I have found Sky assistance useless. I have a new sim for some reason and was asked for pax code - why??

I still have same phone and simply renewed contract. It has been a nightmare but Sky don't really care as long as they have your contract. I will move after 22 years at end of current contract as they just can't get it right!

How did you renew your sim contract, did you do it online or by calling Sky ?
