Free watch with S24 FE

I just upgraded to the S24 FE. Part of the offer was free headphones (which arrived with the phone) and to be able to claim a free watch. I assume there's a specific link I have to follow to claim the watch, but I can't find it in any of my communications. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Great info thank as I was in same position. What did you provide as proof of purchase. I purchased mine online through the sky website so ony have emails that I can download.
