My mms is off and will not turn on so I am unable to send any attachments by text

You haven't mentioned what sort of phone you have.

...but there is a charge to use MMS - it's probably better to use another method (such as WhatsApp or email)

Hi @Roberta8 if your monthly spend cap is zero then you won't be able to send mms as already mentioned there is a charge to send them.

...and have APN settings been applied? (There are specific MMS settings)
