Unable to get a PAC code from Sly

Ive been trying since last Saturday 2 Nov 24 to get a PAC code yo move to a new provider.

Ive tried text to switch, my sky and spoke with 4 advisors so far, each one trlling me itll be resovled shortly, has anybody had any similar experiences.

What is happening when you text for the pac code, do you not get a text back ?

What did the people you spoke to at Sky say ?

The text was saying to phone as i have 2 sims on the account, my sky was saying sending a security code to the mobile sim I wss changing, no secrurity code was sent, Ive been refferred to the tech dept on the my last 3 phone calls to sky, needless to say theyve not been in touch.
