      <description>Supposed to have sent the 100mb sim card free subscription with new phone , one wasn't sent so phoned sky on phone for 1 hour trying to make them understand what as gone wrong. Once I got them to release they said they would send a new sim but its been 10 days now and still nothing. Any ideas what to do were I'm not stuck on phone and trying to make them understand a simple problem</description>
