Replace ESIM with SIM card

So I've got a SIM only contract with a physical SIM card which today I converted to an ESIM. Only after installation did I find out my phone (pixel 6a) is not compatible with Sky esims!

The ESIM has installed but (I'm guessing because it's a non compatible phone) I can't get any network or signal.

Because of this I can't call Sky and can't find anyway of resolving this online.

I want to either revert back to my physical SIM or get a replacement SIM card sent out. I'm stuck in a loop and really need to be able to make calls again! Please help!

The exact same thing has happened to me. Hopefully I can get it sorted too.
