I'm just wondering how I can change providers I would like to join sky please do I need to set this up online or can I speak to someone over the phone please?

You can do it either way, you can sign up online by ordering a data plan for the sim and a device if you want or you can do the same by calling Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
