&lt;P&gt;We can't check anything out.&amp;nbsp;We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. It will take a while for the device to be processed and checked for damage. Give Sky a call when the lines reopen to get an update. Hopefully you kept proof of posting it back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The bill would have been created before you returned the watch so it will probably have to be paid before it should be refunded which can take 2-3 weeks, if it hasn't happened after this then you will need to give Sky a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
