Hi @Junaid4 this usually happens if you fail the second more enhanced credit check sky carry out. A call to sky will confirm but they won't be able to tell you why, you will need to look into this yourself.

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.
