      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, do you know roughly how long does it take to have a payout from sky trade in after you sent the device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I sent everything ont he 25th of October and they received on 28th of October. I'm trying to contact them by email but there is no answer and no phone number I can call!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestion?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You could try calling on 150 and ask them about it, other than that I can't think of anything else other than a formal complaint but I would try calling them first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here, sent my phone on the 25th of November and it was received on the 26th of November. I keep receiving emails from Sky saying I didn't sent my phone yet. The phone was sent on the free postage pack provided by Sky and when I compare the label that was sent to my email and the label that was in the postage pack, the tracking number and IP are different,&amp;nbsp; what a mess of a service, just hope that I don't lose my phone and the money they said that they would pay for the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did this ever get resolved? I have had the exact same situation happen to me and Ingram are refusing responsibility. Sky have tried to suggest that this is nothing to do with them - however they subcontract and under Consumer rights subcontracted parties does not admonish their liability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
