&lt;P&gt;The person you've tagged is a customer, not Sky the organisation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a while for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
