No I haven't tried rebooting it as I haven't got an extraction key but I ordered one so will reboot it tomorrow. Thank you

Hi @susywong22 rebooting a phone just means switch it off then back on.

What phone is it as there's usually a special button press to force a reboot.

If your device is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

My phone has come back to life this morning!! Goodness knows what was going on. Thanks for all you replies and help
