&lt;P&gt;If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is an Android phone go to About Phone &amp;gt; My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone. Also in text settings change the chat function to automatic. Make sure your current number is ticked and the temporary one isn't&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported my number to sky almost 3 weeks ago. The sim is not showing my number on my phone. When I call people it is my ported number they answer to. Why does it take sky so long to fix things. I have tried changing my number on the sim and it won't let me. If I wanted to leave sky I will lose my number as its not on the sim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
