      <title>Technical issue when upgrading</title>

      <description>Over the last coroner of weeks I've continually been getting a 'technical error, it's our fault not yours' message at the basket stage of my upgrade. It's very frustrating, never had this before, any ideas? Tried both app and Web.</description>
